Terms & Conditions

All of our candles are poured in small batches to order.

Limited stock is held in inventory for Limited Edition products.

Orders placed after 5pm Friday will not be processed until the following business day. Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Please allow 7-10 business days as all items are handmade. You will be advised via email when your order is ready for pickup (if applicable) or tracking number provided(if applicable).


We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
The item will only be refunded if it is deemed faulty. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.


Once courier is booked we will advise you via email of your tracking number. Once your order has left our premises we have no control over shipping times. Please contact us via email if there are any issues at L_Ambience@outlook.com


A 50% deposit is required on placement of order. There is a 48 hour grace period from time of order to cancel the order. If cancelled within 48 hours a full refund of the deposit will be given. Any cancellation after 48 hours will attract a cancellation fee and restocking fee. 


All Electrical items will have clear instructions included, and maintenance guidelines. You must follow these instructions to ensure you do not void your warranty. 1 Year Limited Warranty on Electrical goods. If goods are deemed faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund. The replacement is for the same item originally purchased. No change of mind accepted. All 'faulty goods" are to be returned to us, at buyers expense, where they will be thoroughly inspected. If the item is deemed faulty and replacement product will be offered plus the return postage paid.
